PaperStone
PaperStone's warm and contemporary appearance is the new choice for counter tops, table tops and a variety of other surfaces for those interested in style, durability and sustainability. Manufactured from recycled paper and water based resin, PaperStone is designed to give the beauty of stone, the strength of steel, and ease of workmanship. Originally marketed and used for outdoor skateboard parks, this durable, US-made material has an appearance similar to soapstone. 
PaperStone offers two product lines:
- PaperStone Original: Manufactured from a proprietary recycled paper containing at least 50% post consumer content and using a 100% water-based resin system PaperStone Original is offered in a variety of colors including Slate Black, Leather Brown, Mocha Brown, Denim Blue and Forest Green.
- PaperStone Certified: A Forest Stewardship Council certified product derived from 100% post-consumer recycled paper PaperStone Certified is manufactured using a water base resin and non-petroleum based phenols (the manufacturer is now developing cashew nut shell liquid phenols which will be used exclusively in all of their future products). The result: a product free of formaldehyde. PaperStone Certified is offered in Slate Black, Chocolate Brown, Straw Yellow and Concrete Grey. approved by SmartWood and the Rainforest Alliance

- Heat resistant to 350 degrees
- Stain resistant to most household cleaners and food
- Unlimited in edge detail and easily repairable
